June workshop schedule
Following the recent closer of institutions of learning (on 7th-June-2021 for 42 days) as a measure to fight the spread of Covid19, we have thought it necessary to proceed with our online workshops. This is therefore to inform all our participants that our next workshop is scheduled for this month of JUNE, 2021.
We wish that learning continues even when our students are in the lockdown, and therefore in these forthcoming workshops we shall be introducing our participants to Kolibri E-learning platform. Kolibri is an adaptable set of open solutions specially developed to support learning for the half of the world without Internet access (learningequality.org). Kolibri platform has a great pool of resources that learners and teachers can access for self study and research purposes in various subjects. We want to introduce this because our teachers and learners may need to use this E-learning platform during lockdown and even after lockdown in schools. Kolibri can be utilized with or without internet!
We shall have changes in the grouping and also days of attendance. See our schedule details below
Group one: Individuals who would wish to be in group one will have their workshop on Tuesday 15-June-2021 at exactly 8:00am for 1 hour.
Group Two: Group two members shall have their workshop on Wednesday 16-June-2021 at exactly 8:00am for 1 hour
NOTE: JitsiMeet members shall have their workshop on Wednesday 16-June-2021 at 10:00am for 1 hour.
All participants are reminded to update their Google Meet and Jitsi Meet apps on the phones before the start of the workshops.
